How do I book an appointment at Refined Barber Lounge & Cafe?
Book with the barber, not the shop. Gio (Giovanni De La Rosa) takes appointments through The Cut app. Darienne takes appointments through GlossGenius. Each barber keeps their own calendar, their own hours, and their own menu, so pick your barber first and book them direct.
How do I book with Gio?

Through GlossGenius: darienne.glossgenius.com. She books Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome, and Saturday is walk-in only with Gio.
Walk in and you take the next open chair with whichever barber is free. Book ahead if you need a specific time or a specific barber. Saturday with Gio is first come, first served: no appointments that day.

Can I book by phone?
Yes — call the shop at (727) 435-3300 and they will get you on a barber’s book. Booking in the app is faster if you want a specific time, because each barber’s live calendar is in there.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Cancel through the same app you booked in — The Cut for Gio, GlossGenius for Darienne. Each barber sets their own cancellation window, and the app shows you that window when you book. Give as much notice as you can so the chair can be filled.
